Kg. Durian Tunjung Rural Library
Background
Began operations in December 2005 under the supervision and management of Labuan Public Library. On 18 December 2005, Kg. Durian Tunjung Village Library received a working visit from the Secretary General of KTAK, Datuk Dr. Halim B. Shafie together with 40 members of the delegation, and the purpose of this visit was to see the development of the Universal Services Provider System that has been developed. In March 2014, MCMC provided 1Malaysia laptops for the convenience of visitors.

Kg. Sungai Labu Rural Library
Background
Began operations in mid-January 2006 under the supervision and management of Labuan Public Library. Initially, this library service only provided book borrowing and returning services. In March 2007, free internet service was provided when this facility was provided by KTAK for free to the public and in May 2014, SKMM supplied and provided 10 units of 1 Malaysia Laptop to Library users.

Kg. Lajau Rural Library
Background
Kg. Lajau Village Library (VL) was officiated by the Director General of the National Library of Malaysia (PNM), Y. Bhg Dato ‘Raslin bin Abu Bakar on 9 December 2009. Kg Lajau VL is the third VL in Labuan FT after Sungai Labu VL and Durian Tunjung VL. Kg Lajau VL was fully operational on 4 January 2010. Kg Lajau VL is located in the area of Masjid Jamek Adam, Kg Lajau. Kg Lajau VL uses the existing building and is a former Kg. Lajau Islamic Religious Primary School (Sekolah Rendah Agama Islam) Office. The handover of this office building to PNM was submitted and signed by the Head of Kampung Lajau at that time, namely the Village Head Tuan Hj Sudin bin Omar on 18 December 2008 witnessed by the late Labuan Public Library Librarian, En. Kamal Bin Yan.
