The main goals of LHHSB are:-

• to promote and to facilitate Halal industry, Halal standards and full spectrum of Halal Supply Chain in Federal Territory of Labuan;
• to provide Halal Training, Halal Pre-audit and Halal Consultation including application of Halal Certification both locally & internationally from relevant authorities in Malaysia;
• to provide Islamic Cleaning (Sertu) services approved by JAKIM;
• to act as a Halal Business Mediator to Halal industry’s players with the vast network of industries world-wide;
• to enhance participation of Halal Industry in international halal market as well as Halal industry economic development and
• as Halal Park Operator & Promoter of HALMAS certified Halal Park to industry players and Logistic Service Providers
