Labuan Corporation (LC) would like to invite developers/investors to submit the Request for Proposal (RFP) for LC’s potential lands and properties.

LC hope to see more jobs creation towards the opening of the economic sectors, rising in income and improving the livelihood of the local communities. Labuan is ready to offer attractive investment incentives such as reasonable leasing rates and stamp duty exemption for the leasing agreement.
